This project was aimed to attend Training Department which had a goal to offer an education plataform to internal employees, in order to train and educate employees in accordance with the company's values, interests and mission. The project had a budged of $ 30k and consumed 800 hours in a time frame of 4 months. The project was based on Moodle and had an interface with PeopleSoft HCM, in order to get valid employees and upload training concluded by studants.
eSocial is a legal obligation from Brazilian government, wich demands for employee's data, acoording to transactions in HR area. This project demanded 6k hours to prepare HR system and employees' data to send it to government's agency according to specific transation, including payroll transactions. The main challenge of the project was to update the employees' data, since the company had employees with more than 60 years of service. Also, it had to be deliverd on time, due to a law that especified this.
For stakeholders time was a matter of control and legal compliance. So company demanded a strong time keeping control, where the time should be collected from time clock, processed, determine quantities, and check if the employee was entering at the established time, aproved and, at the end, deliver to payroll. The challenge was distribute punch time to each employee to check, and then, submit to his manager and send to payroll on time, for the montly payment.
Attending demands from Mercedes-Benz, Germany, to reform their PeopleSoft ERP, I managed a project in Blumenau, Santa Caratina state, Brazil, where I had to hire and train developers to do the job. That project had a budget of 130k Euros, in a time frame of 7 months. This project promoted improvements in accounting and human resouces routine of this automobile company.
Managed several Transtions and Transformation projects, for outsourcing IT services, from client to IBM. The scope of the project was bringing all or part of IT services to IBM to manage it. The project had to deal with people fullfilment, knowledge transfer and new ITIL processes, to govern the operation.
That huge project aimed to centralize the HR data and operation at its headquarters in Ohio. One system, one database and one process, considering local legislation. The project had the challange to consider the specificity of each country, since Dana had branches in dozens of countries.
